I have used Riviera Luxury Property Management for more than 10 years; they are dedicated, hardworking and caring people. I own a large 5 bedroom villa with a pool and they have looked after both short and long term rentals for me when I have been living on the other side of the world. They are extremely capable of finding and liaising with local workmen and contractors, and have a comprehensive directory of reliable contacts which is not an easy achievement on the Cote d’Azur. We have owned a holiday home in France for almost 5 years now and we have been lucky enough to know Riviera Haven all of this time. I have been grateful for the help of Riviera Haven from day one of owning a second home in the south of France. They help prepare the house for the summer season, coordinating various workmen during the refurbishment and managing furniture deliveries. When the house is empty Riviera Haven checks the house every week and keeps us informed of any issues. At the end of each summer season we agree a list of jobs to get done over the winter and they bring in amazing people who they know and trust to do the work. I hear awful stories from other home owners of problems with their homes such as leaks and insect problems and it gives me huge reassurance that we don't have to worry about anything like that. Without the help of Riviera Haven, it would be far more stressful and a lot of hard work to manage a second home and I am incredibly grateful for their support.
